I will be running the Bristol 10K in September to help raise money for young people in Gloucester. My Dad has continued to work with young people in Gloucestershire to help them get back on their feet. With his amazing work & guidance he has continued to change the lives of young people, so I would like to give something back! 

Young Glos helps support young people who have gone through awful life events get back on their feet. By providing training courses, counselling and on going guidance! Please find jacks story below.

‘Jack has been through more in his 21 years than most people in a lifetime. In a year, he lost his mum, stepdad, best friend (to a horrific murder) and his dog. As a result he became depressed and suicidal, took drugs and regularly self-harmed. YG staff were there every step of the way. Their youth-workers supported him through a 12-week development course, they provided him with 1-2-1 counselling and their drop-in team advised and guided him back into work.
