Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I have decided to set myself a challenge for my 35th birthday where I will complete 24 workouts in 24 hours while raising money for Action for Children. I chose this charity as I fear with everything going on in the world and the economy moving forward children will be at a greater risk and anything we can do to protect the next generation I am all for!
Rules of the challenge:
1. Workout must start every hour on the hour
2. Workouts must be minimum 20 min in length unless they are an 'Complete X rounds FOR TIME'
3. Workouts will be live streamed on Instagram Live
