After catching covid last October and it pushing me to a stagnant lifestyle I have accepted a new challenge to be able to run 10 miles by this October in the Great South Run.  That would be a year from being forced to do no exercise at all because it made me physically ill to running longer than I’ve ever run before!!! 

Additionally I’ll be joined by a team of around 10 staff members from Churchers Solicitors (my work) to raise essential funds for Naomi House, which is a local charity very close to our hearts. Please donate as little or as much as you can afford to help push the team along.
