Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with blood cancer. Founded in 1974, by growing our register of stem cell donors, conducting research and supporting patients, Anthony Nolan cures blood cancer and blood disorders. But we need to do more. Without you, there is no cure.

Story

It's been a tough year for many charities and Anthony Nolan are no exception. They're CPs Charity of the year and we want to step up to help them save more lives.

We want to raise £10,000 by 31st December – I told you we wanted to step up!

To reach £10k one of the things we want to launch is a 10x10 challenge – this looks like everyone committing to a challenge that involves the number 10, raising some money through donations. It can be ANYTHING – the quirkier the better in true CP style

Ideas could be

Run/cycle/swim 10km in a day, week, month

10 hour gaming

10 hours of gardening

10 online exercise classes in the month or more

10 online meetings wearing fancy dress

Host a quiz for ten people - entry £1

Get the kids to do a ten minute sponsored silence 10 days in a row

10 laps of somewhere (cycle swim walk etc)

10 hour online board game with friends

10 hour dance a thon

Readathon - 10 books in a month

The opportunities are endless!

Every day, Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with a blood cancer or blood disorder. We do this by matching incredible individuals willing to donate their stem cells to people who desperately need a lifesaving transplant. We also carry out cutting edge scientific research, fund specialist post-transplant nurses and support patients and their families through the transplant process and beyond. We won’t stop until we save the lives of everyone who needs a stem cell transplant. Every penny you donate brings us closer to that day.
