Story
Christopher Piper Wines is seeking to raise as much money as possible to support Sir Ian Botham's charity, Leukaemia and Lymphona Research, of which Sir Ian is president.
Sir Ian is doing 10 sponsored walks over 10 days starting in Manchester on April 10th and culminating in London's Hyde Park on 19th April. John Earle, Managing Director of Christopher Piper Wines, and his wife Nicki will be joining Sir Ian for the Milton Keynes walk on Saturday 17th April.
Chris Piper, Sir Ian Botham, Bob Willis and Australian winemaker Geoff Merrill have created a special 25th Anniversary bottling of the Ian Botham/Geoff Merrill/Bob Willis called BMW. They selected a white Chardonnay and red Shiraz to sell as a means of raising more money for the charity. The wines have been labelled with a special Forget Me Not label to commemorate the 25th Anniversary walks in aid of this very worthwhile charity.
If you have a hotel, pub or restaurant why not promote the wines this year (and particularly over the next couple of weeks whilst Sir Ian is doing his walks) and try to raise as much money as you can for the children Sir Ian is trying to help. Christopher Piper Wines will be donating at least £1 of every bottle sold so the more we can sell the more we can contribute.
You can also just contribute here straightaway by supporting John and Nicki Earle on their walk on 17th.
If you are one of our many private customers why not order the wine online at www.christopherpiperwines.co.uk and remember every bottle sold will raise money for the charity.
Christopher Piper Wines will ensure that funds are credited to this Justgiving page every day to reflect the amount of money raised through sales.
Please contribute as much as you can for this very worthwhile cause.
