Thank you for supporting my fundraising to Macmillan in memory of my partner Craig. Craig had wonderful care from his Macmillan nurse Helen in his short time at home. She was also a great support to myself and the family going above and beyond. Craig is always & forever in my heart , truly missed everyday but lives on in my memories of much happier times xx ❤️
