We use digital technology that men can use to enable them to self-manage and engage with their own mental health. We call it 'Prevention Through Self-Management' because waiting until a man reaches crisis before he gets help is like throwing a lifebuoy ring into the water when already drowning.

Story

Hi everyone,

Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page – WE need YOU to help us make a difference!

We have teamed up with Brothers in Arms and will be conquering the 96 miles (154km) West Highland Way this July, 2021 to help raise awareness of Men's Mental Health.

Suicide is the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK, with 18 deaths every single day. The stats are shocking, and we need to do something about it!

Reaching our target will pay for the Brothers-Thrive app for one month. This includes "live coaching" from their mental fitness coaches (licensed clinical psychologists) for up to 3000 men, they support around 500 men a week through this program.

All profits go to the Brothers in Arms Mental Health Charity. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity,

Craig, Chris & Brothers in Arms.

P.S. - Come and  join us at various stages throughout our journey, or meet us for a pint in the Drovers Inn.
