As many of you will no Last year (2017) i decided to run a few 10ks and the Scottish Half Marathon in memory of my dad who passed away 5yrs previous with Prostate Cancer by doing this i was also trying to raise awareness about prostate cancer. 

In 2018 i decided to try my 1st full marathon and ended up doing 4 half marathons and 2 full marathons along with a few 10k's

NOW I HAVE SET 2019 CHALLENGE

4 MARATHONS, 4 HALF MARATHONS, 4 10KS AND TOUGH MUDDER JUST FOR THE FUN OF IT (help)

AND I HAVE ACCEPTED SO EVERY LITTLE HELPS
