Story

As many of you know i have been struggling with Mental Health problems for the last 11 years. I have been on a roller coaster in terms on my recovery. This last year was my toughest year to date. I was off work because i hit rock bottom and couldn't see a way out without taking my own life. But with the support of my family and friends i have climbed my way out of my issues, to a point where i am in more control of my issues. I know a lot of you have been following my progress on my Instagram. I thank you all. I now work for Dorset Mind, who have been a massive supporter in my recovery. Im truly honoured to work for them and to help others who have been suffering like me. So i am now going to do something to help others. I will be riding from my office after work and cycling to Boscombe pier to Bournemouth Pier everyday of January. If i miss a day for any reason like business trips or illness, i will make up the distance missed on the next day no matter what.

Please help me fundraise money to help people with mental ill health.
