I will be taking on the epic challenge that is the Great North Run on Sunday, September 11 for the Bodie Hodges Foundation, a charity that has real impact supporting families who have been bereaved of a child.

Detailed below are just some of the things your donations could fund:

* £8 could fund a Worry Bear Boo, included in Treasured Memory Bags for siblings to hug and share their grief with

* £15 could fund art materials used in support sessions provided to children and families to express their grief

* £30 could fund a welcome pack, containing basic groceries for a family staying at Bodies Boathouse

* £60 could fund a Treasured Memory Bag, a resource sent out to siblings bereaved of a brother or sister, helping them to express and understand their grief and record precious memories

* £120 could fund four 90-minute bereavement support sessions for an adult or child

* £500 Could fund a one week stay at Bodie's Boathouse
