Story
On Monday 6th May Louise Roberts, John Spear, Paul Stockwell, Jo Cherky Cherkaoui, Craig King, Lesley King, Tim Sutton, Richard Dawson & Linda Beattie are going to be walking the Pudsey Round Walk - around 20 miles round the Pudsey boundary in memory of our lovely friend Chris who died at the age of just 51 of an undiagnosed heart condition on 31/10/2018.
We’ve known Chris for over 40 years, and we did this walk when we were at school together - it seems fitting that this is the walk we’ve chosen to do in his honour now. Chris’ parents, Val and Don wanted to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, and for that reason we’d like people to sponsor us so that we can make a donation, in Chris’ name, to the British Heart Foundation to fund research that can reduce the possibility of a tragic death at such a young age happening to other people’s friends and family.
