I am running the London 2013 marathon for Help The Hospices in memory of my Mum Lilian McDougall.

Last year i lost my Mum to a battle with Cancer, Help The Hospices gave my Mum the opportunity to spend her final months at home instead of the Hospital. I am so grateful of the time i got to spend with my Mum and its thanks to Help The Hospices.

I hope to raise money for this charity so someone else can have that time with a loved one.
