During the month of March I am aiming to walk 277 miles (equivalent to walking the distance from Edinburgh to John O Groats) to raise awareness and fundraise for The Samaritans.

Over the last 12 months, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a serious effect on both physical and mental health. The unconditional support that Samaritans provide 24/7, 365 days a year is now more than ever in demand and crucial in suicide prevention, every call answered could be a life saved.

Even the smallest donation would be greatly appreciated to make sure Samaritans can continue doing the lifesaving work they do!
