Last year I wanted to try something different to push myself and decided to give triathlon a go, a bit of a change for someone who wasn't a runner, hadn't ridden a bike for years and a poor swimmer. I thoroughly enjoyed it and wanted to do more. 

So I have decided to take part in the Jenson Button Trust Triathlon this year, to challenge myself once again but also with the aim to raise some money for a charity which helps a huge number of people.
