I'm taking on the 2019 Cardiff Half Marathon for Cancer Research Wales. Please help me to support the world-class cancer research happening here in Wales.

Last month my mother Nerys was diagnosed with lung cancer. My partner Natasha and I have decided to take part in this event and raise money for cancer research Wales in the hope that this will help other families that are going through similar situations.
