As some of you will know, my son Finlay has recently been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. He is doing an amazing job of adjusting to his new daily routine of giving himself multiple injections of insulin every day, and calculating his carbohydrate intake with every meal.

I am running in the Tassal 10K run at Dover on 7th Nov to raise funds for Diabetes Australia - Tasmania who provide fantastic support to young Tasmanians like Finlay with Type 1 diabetes.
