I'm raising money for Diabetes UK after previously raising money for Cancer Research UK. My Nanna, Jean Horner, suffered with Diabetes and as a result her health deteriorated prior to being diagnosed with Oesophagial Cancer. I want to raise money to help those suffering with Diabetes that can cause so many health problems.
