We help local people to face incurable illness and bereavement

Story

As you may, or may not, be aware, my mum died on the 15th January 2017 after an extremely short battle with cancer.  Only being diagnosed with the disease a week previous. She was transferred to St. Helena Hospice a few days after her diagnosis. Here she was made as comfortable as possible, surrounded by her friends and family before she passed away.

We, my family, cannot fault the St Helena nurses, staff and volunteers at all. So this is why I have chosen to raise some money to help their cause.

I shall be taking part in the Skyline World Record Skydive on the 17th June 2017 and also driving 2000+ miles around Europe from 25th May to 1st June 2017.

St Helena Hospice is here to help local people with an incurable illness to live well and die with dignity and choice.
