Virgin London Marathon 2016 · 24 April 2016 ·

We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.

Story

On April 24th, my brother Gareth and I will be running in our first full marathon together. I have always wanted to run in the London Marathon, so to finally get in and to be able to raise money for the NSPCC at the same time is a dream come true.

This is a charity that means a great deal to me. For those of you who know me, you will understand why. The work they do is incredible and I feel privileged to be able to help them.

Training is going well but there is still a long road ahead (literally!). I am so grateful for any sponsorship that I receive. It is a very worthy cause and I won't let you down with the marathon!
