Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Story

In these times of financial doom and gloom, I’ve decided to help cheer everyone up, do my bit for charity and help raise the awareness of prostate cancer by growing a Mo for Movember.

Every year about 35,000 men in the U.K. are diagnosed with prostate cancer and about 10,000 men die from of the disease. A British man has a 1 in 11 lifetime risk of developing prostate cancer . It is now the most common cancer diagnosed in men in the U.K. with at least one man dying every hour from the disease.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Prostate Cancer Charity gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now, and thanks in advance for your support!
