This September, I will be taking a trip up to Newcastle to do the Great North Run.️

However, I need your help! I will be running in aid of Parkinson’s UK. This charity is close to the heart of my close pal Dave Beech's family and im running in memory of his dad Malcolm, whilst raising awareness of this condition.
