Story
We are raising awareness & a little bit of moola
About us:
Russ and I wrote a this Christmas song & music video to put a smile on people's faces and raise mental health awareness this Christmas. From personal experience we know this can be a really difficult time of year and this year many more might find Christmas particularly difficult perhaps for the first time.

It's so important that people talk. We've experienced how humour and music can be an amazing way of keeping people grounded in the present moment and the process of writing the song was really therapeutic!
People have asked us if they can donate in some way if they loved the song. We have set up this page for people to donate to Beachy Head Chaplaincy who work every day to save people’s lives and prevent suicide.
We have put a target down of £2021 like 2021 get it? but anything that you donate will make a difference. As an idea why not donate the cost of a cup of coffee and ring your mate and have a chat?
We hope the song & video puts a smile on your face, please share with someone you know who might also need a smile right now.
Please take a look at the resources on the video description link. Look after yourself and others, have a chuckle and don't be afraid to talk about mental health as it could make a real life saving difference.
If you're not sure how to start a conversation you could try..................."Have you seen this bloke with a beard dressed as a nan singing about a Crappy Covid Christmas?"
Have a safe and peaceful Christmas.
Matt & Russ
