For those who know me personally know my parents haven't had it great over the last few years.

Both have had major issues with their hearts. My Dad has had countless heart attacks and more recently a stroke. My Mum also suffered a heart attack and was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy. This heart issue lead to further circulatory issues and it is with regret to announce that she sadly passed away on the 4th April 2023

The treatment given to them at the Bristol Heart Institute was second to none and I/We owe them a great deal of thanks, hence raising money for them.

As many people are aware I do a fair bit of endurance 'stuff' but this year I am pushing myself in multiple events - the year of crazy. So far the events lined up are:

• 29th-30th October - Team Vegan Zwift TimeLaps - How many miles can a team of 4 cycle (on Zwift) in 25 hours)
• 10th December - Westonbirt 10km - An annual event of mine, a chance to get festive with fellow crazies!
• 21st May - #51fiver Standard distance triathlon - Another regular event for me with a time to beat of just shy of 2.5 hours
• 10th June - Endure24
• 20th August - Ironman Copenhagen.

There will certainly be more events, I will keep everyone updated with my crazy antics
