Christine, Sally, Sara and Shona have committed to attempt the English Channel as a four lady relay.

22miles of open water, jellyfish, tankers, cold water with a swimming costume, goggles and a silicone hat from Dover to Cap Gris Nez. 4swimmers rotating every hour, expected time swimming 3-5hrs each.

Training events include 24miles in 24hrs, aspire night swim, bude sea pool relay and more.
