I want to take a minute to thankyou from the bottom of my heart for donating to Befrienders Highland. A small charity which was designed to support those 18+ with mental health difficulties, memory loss or someone who may be a carer. Your support, no matter how little or large will truly mean the world to not only myself as someone whom also suffers from a variety of these cases, but also those who are struggling and are in a dark place.
