Property Talks youtube have created a design challenge for the property insta famous!

The challenge came about after we published our latest video about designing a HMO on a strict budget. 

All of the competitors  have the same room to design, each  will be allocated a budget along with a theme (some better than others)pulled from a hat on instagram live, if you missed it check it out here:

From allocation they all have 48 hours to complete a design for the room, the designs will be compiled and put into a downloadable PDF which is available once you donate, screenshot it and Tag us in it :)
