At CreateChurch in Huntington, near Cannock, we love cake, and cake usually gets washed down with tea and coffee.

Four friends - Beckie, Hannah, Karen and Keith - are taking up the H2Only challenge to go 10 days drinking only pure water to raise money for the RNLI. 

Despite being based in Staffordshire - pretty much as far from the sea as you can be in this country - we value the important work of the RNLI and support their brave lifeboat crews and lifeguards.

It's going to be a challenge, but we are determined to do it! Thank you in advance for your support.
