Please join in supporting Creative Living Community of Connecticut (CLCC) to sustain our mission, recover lost revenue, and provide continual offerings for adults with developmental disabilities.
On an average month, CLCC generates $2,569 in sales of microgreens to local restaurants - all our greens are grown with the helping hands of adults with developmental disabilities. Once the COVID-19 pandemic struck, all of our restaurants suspended orders, leaving CLCC with $0 in monthly sales.
During these times and our unique situation, we are in the fortunate position where we can maintain some programmatic activities! Because we have a food-producing farm, we are considered essential. With careful social distancing, we look forward to providing some new opportunities to volunteers, with and without disabilities, on our farm in Coventry. To do this we will be incredibly careful and abide by social distancing guidelines, but our spacious farm allows us to continually serve a population that strives for structure during these very uncertain times.
