We provide relief to disadvantaged and vulnerable people living in Moldova through donations from individuals and organisations, by giving financial gifts and Humanitarian aid to families through churches and other organisations, and projects to provide long term benefits and independence.

Story

We are raising money to help poverty stricken children in Moldova. Many people are unaware of the plight of the children of Moldova, Europe's poorest country. Most do not have access to good medical services, are poorly fed, and do not have decent clothing. Unemployment is rife and migration is often seen as the only survival strategy. This results in almost a third of children in Moldova growing up without one or both of their parents and being left in the care of institutions or elderly grandparents who cannot adequately provide for them.

Our aim is to raise £2,500 to send at least 50 children in the Borceag area of Moldova to a summer camp where they can spend time just being children, a luxury they seldom enjoy. Play and enjoyment are such an important part of a child's development and wellbeing. We are looking to you for your help in raising this sum. Let's give these children a little part of the childhood they deserve!
