In June this year we will be completing the Three Peaks Challenge in aid of Cripps' charity of the year, Rethink Mental Illness. To support this fantastic charity we will be climbing the highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland in 24 hours. This involves 23 miles of walking, 3064 metres of ascent and 462 miles of driving.
Rethink Mental Illness directly support almost 60,000 people in England every year to get through crisis, to live independently and to realise they are not alone.
Rethink operate over 200 mental health services and 150 support groups across England, providing psychological therapies, peer support groups, housing services and Crisis and Recovery Houses.
Your donations will keep us going through rain, wind and cold, making all our suffering worthwhile!
