I will be running 10km in The Great Manchester Run 2023 for PAPYRUS because their work means a lot to me. 1 in 4 people in the UK are affected by mental health every year and  I would like to spread awareness for such a great cause. PAPYRUS is the national Charity for the Prevention of Young Suicide. Suicide is the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 in the UK, in 2018 over 1800 young people took their own lives.
