Caroline and I will be running as far as we can on Sunday 6th, raising awareness and support for a charity we have both been involved with, North London Cares. 

Winter is an incredibly isolating time for many of our older neighbours in north London and this year will be particularly hard. North London Cares helps them stay connected.
