Right now, over 300,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. And the real number could be double that. 

Crohn's and Colitis - the two forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease - are diseases of the gut. They are painful, debilitating and widely misunderstood. An there is no known cure.

However, Crohn's and Colitis don't just effect your gut. They can affect almost every part of your body and every aspect of your life: from your hormones and digestion to your energy levels and mental health.

We have formed a staff team to take part in the Vitality London 10k to raise vital funds, but equally to raise awareness of these debilitating conditions as nobody can see it until we say it.

Your donation will support the charity to work towards improving diagnosis and treatment, and to fund research into a cure; to raise awareness and to give people hope, comfort and confidence to live freer, fuller lives.
