26 Hour Exercise Challenge · 24 April 2020
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
We are the Croydon Volunteer Police Cadets (aged 13 to 18yrs) and we wanted to do our bit to raise money for the NHS who are doing such a superb job during this very difficult time. We regularly take part in community activities and help out charities but are finding it difficult to do as much during the lockdown.
This weekend we should be helping run a water station at the London Marathon but as this has been rearranged we thought that we could commit to doing an hour of exercise for every mile of the marathon!
We will be taking it in turns to complete 30 minute sessions throughout the weekend till we reach our 26 hour target. The staff will be keeping track of our efforts and ensuring we complete the activity to the best of our abilities and we will finish by completing an hour together.
Please support us and the hardworking doctors, nurses and support staff of the NHS by giving what you can!
Thank you
