Alzheimer's Society's Cupcake Day is here. 

Thanks to all of you involved for the last few years. Team St Matthew's  has been raising vital funds to support Alzheimer's Society by hosting Cupcake Day.

'Every penny you donate will help support people affected by dementia by funding care, services and pioneering research to discover new treatments.'

At this unprecedented time people with dementia are affected even more. Can you join me by doing whatever you can to be able to contribute to the needed funds?

We can do this by baking/buying cupcakes and selling  within our household or by delivering it to people who would like to take part or you may choose to donate what ever you can afford.
