In June we will be challenging ourselves to the National Three Peaks Challenge, this involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales in the space of 1 weekend to raise awareness for Dorset Mind

Dorset Mind charity educates, challenges mental health stigma and inequality, and encourages recovery by empowering individuals to develop resilience.  Their 1-2-1 & group support includes counselling, mentoring, support groups, active monitoring and a befriending service. These help people regain social skills and develop confidence.  The charity also delivers educational wellbeing programmes for schools and workplaces and provide volunteer opportunities across all areas of the organisation.
