This year more than ever the mental health of not just myself but others has been effected massively due to the lockdown. I found myself rapidly sinking into a very dark place and after months of trying to battle it on my own i finally had the courage to speak to friends and family and get the help i needed, but not everyone is as lucky i am to have the help and support of not just my friends and family but my work too.

'Mind In Salford' is a charity provides quality services to make a
positive difference to the mental health of the people in this city. The
coronavirus pandemic is having a huge impact on everyone's mental health and never has there been such a need for access to small organisations like this one. Every donation helps the charity and the local people of Salford. Help them to continue the brilliant work they do!
