Everyone has a cancer story. They either have or have had cancer, or know someone who has or has had cancer, or they have lost someone to cancer. Until that fact becomes fiction we need organisations like Macmillan. So in June 2024, we are hiking a marathon around Ullswater to raise money for them and their continued support of people affected by cancer,  We have pledged to raise £750 between us and would appreciate any support in reaching this. If we reach our target it could pay for a Macmillan Support Worker for four days to provide emotional, practical and financial advice to someone affected by cancer.
