Community Windpower have announced their 2013 Challenge.

This summer, everyone in the company will be attempting to climb the highest mountain in England, Scafell Pike, which at 3,209ft is no small feat.  Some staff will fare better than others!

The climb will take place on Thursday June 27th 2013.

The member of staff that generates the most amount of donations for this great cause will be awarded with a prize on the day!  More details to follow.

The just giving page has been created for two reasons, first and foremost the page will monitor our donation progress and help us reach our target of £2,500.  Secondly, it will be updated with regular news of the strict staff training regime!  

Staff have promised to embark on strict training regime to assist with fitness prior to the big day.  Regular updates and hopefully some pictures of progress will be forthcoming over the coming months.
