Cycle 4 Ruby

A message from Ruby-Ann’s family in Birmingham:
Ruby-Ann was a beautiful, loving little girl who was full of life and made us laugh.
Her 1st birthday was meant to be a happy family celebration, but turned into a nightmare. Ruby-Ann became very poorly very quickly. Ruby-Ann tragically died of meningococcal septicaemia.
The Meningitis website is, unfortunately, correct, this disease kills in under 4 hours.
We want to try and ensure that no other parents, families or friends have to go through what we went through.
To help our family and friends in Birmingham at this tragic time, in March 2013, myself (Matt), my brother (James) and my dad (Chris), are going to be cycling from Lands End (Cornwall) to Queen’s Hospital, Burton-upon Trent (332miles), the hospital where Ruby-Ann passed away,
Although this sadly will not bring her back, we are hoping the money we raise will help save babies like Ruby-Ann in the future.
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Matt, James and Chris Rowe.
