Team: Cycle the month for British Heart Foundation and North Devon NHS's Over and Above cancer care
Story
Over and Above manage the "Fern Centre" a Cancer and Wellbeing Centre at North Devon District Hospital.
A friendly place available for cancer patients, their families and NHS staff which offers support, guidance and therapeutic treatments for anyone who needs it when dealing with or supporting someone with cancer and hopefully coming out the other side having beaten it.
Over and Above also helped to build the Seamoor Unit a £2.5m
Chemotherapy and Day Treatment Unit at North Devon District Hospital.
Originally I was going to aim for 100+ BUT after some training I will be aiming to beat my 150 mile target by cycling when possible throughout the month of August.
I will also be cycling this month to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation (BHF).
