Brain cancer is the biggest killer of people under 40 years old, but only gets 1% of funding. There is no screening for it, unlike breast, prostate, colon or cervical cancer, so only 11% live for 5 or more years. 

We did a tandem cycle from Leeds to Bristol over 5 days which was 288 miles.
