We are  taking on Cycle for Dementia to raise money for Alzheimer's Society. As many of you know this one is close to my heart ... and yes ... I do have one lol. This is for all those out there that have been touched by this terrible thing, the effect on everyone around dementia is impossible to explain unless you have lived through it. so me, my false leg, my bright yellow cycle shirt and Debbie are going to ride off into the sunset in September and try to raise a couple of quid by Cycling 100 miles within the month. Any money raised is not for the 'Keith loves a beer' fund ... its for a far more important cause ... dig deep and give generously ... but only if you can don't worry if you cant ... this ones for you Jean xxx
