So for those of you who know me well, I love dancing. But unfortunately my dancing shoes (I have a lot of them!) are packed away due to the social distancing and other restrictions at the moment. So, Julia and I thought we would do something active to support a good cause instead.

We're taking on Cycle for Dementia - something which has affected both my late grandmother and my auntie at the moment. Between us (team Ceroc Cyclists! - the dancing thing again) we're aiming to cycle 500 miles in the month of July. I'll be cycling in and around my beautiful city of Oxford in the evenings and weekends (in between my day job for the NHS) and sharing photos along the way.
