The Big ReachOut Raise is a 10 day, UK wide fundraising drive to raise £10,000, to help change the lives of young people through one-to-one mentoring.

Story

Ok, the picture is a bit misleading....  We're not doing Mont Ventoux. BUT we are doing Ditchling Beacon which is pretty challenging - "the Mont Ventoux of Sussex". Especially so after doing the rest of the London2Brighton route and if you are, it's got to be said, a bit past your peak, fitness-wise.

As a former para-triathlon champion Chris's peak was a bit higher than the rest of us, but he's still past it. We are planning on hindering him somehow to slow him down a bit (ideas on a postcard please).

Anyway, we're doing this to raise a bit of cash for the quite fantastic charity ReachOut UK who run a range of highly effective long-term mentoring and education programmes for young people across the UK.

If you can spare a few quid to support it would be very much appreciated. Matt is threatening to do it naked. If we hit £500 we can ensure he wears some clothes.

Thanks v much!

James, Matt, Chris & Matty (who's not quite committed to cycling yet, but we're working on him)
