On Sunday 15th August I cycled around the Norfolk/Suffolk coast with the aim of raising money for the Mowat-Wilson Syndrome Foundation and went from the River Great Ouse in Kings Lynn to the River Deben at Felixstowe (160 miles).  I would have put this page up prior to the ride but wasn't sure that I'd ever manage to ride so far! Now that I've done it I've created this page to try to raise some money for the foundation.
