Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
50% of Elephants are killed before they reach the age of 15, In 2011 23 tonnes of Ivory was seized which represents at least 2,500 elephants dead, with estimates suggesting over 20,000 are being killed each year because of Ivory or human habitat conflict.
In total, the team will cover over 500 KM to raise funds to support the development of the Elephant Orphanage Project. The team will be cycling from Livingstone to Lusaka, through the beautiful wilderness of Zambia. This adventure will start at the thunder of Victoria Falls, ending in the bustling capital city of Lusaka.
We are very appriciative of your support, as do the EOP / GRI and DSWF team. Please follow our progress at www.cyclezambia.co.uk and our facebook and twitter pages.
Thank You Again
