I've have been fundraising for Reverse Rett for a couple of years now and have truly been inspired by my friends Neil and Gayle Fowler and the spirit and determination they show as they fight Rett syndrome.

As most of you already know their little daughter Ciara has the debilitating condition which can and will be reversed. Ever since I met Ciara I knew Reverse Rett would be my charity of choice for all future fundraising. She's such a beautiful girl with a big heart and she has been an inspiration for me as I've worked towards achieving my fundraising goals in recent years.

This year I will be joining Ciara's Centurions and pledging to raise at least £100 for Reverse Rett. I will be taking on some cycling challenges this year to hopefully help the team smash the 10k mark.

In August I will ride the 100 mile extremist course of the Rise Above sportive in Chester. And In September I will be supporting Neil in his attempt to ride one continuous ride of 500 miles, 100 miles for each year of Ciara's diagnosis. I aim to complete as many miles as I can for him whilst also providing team support via the support vehicle.
