Well here we go again!

On the 19th of September 2021 four of us have set out a challenge to ride from Lands End to John O Groats in 7 days.

Tony, Alvin, Paul & Roger are currently training hard preparing themselves to cycle between 110 - 150 miles per day to complete LEJOG in 7 days.

• Warrington - Carlisle (131m)
• Carlisle - Luss (129m)
• Luss - Inverness (140m)
• Inverness - John o Groats (124m)

Total 912m

The four of us have known each other and trained together for many years. Every year brought countless challenges, races and events in varying degrees.

On this basis we agreed to raise money for charity and not just any charity. We have chosen to donate all the money raised to CAIS.

CAIS is a registered charity and leading provider of personal support services for mental health and drug abuse in Wales.

We’ve made a justgiving page for any donations for CAIS. Please, if you have any spare pennies, it’s a worth while charity helping young people get back on the right track.

We’ll be posting information on training rides and pictures up until the event and of course a diary during the week of the challenge.
