Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As you will probably know I am retiring at the end of this year after nearly 35 years in North Yorkshire and 17 as Director. It has been a tremendous privilege to work with so many people of high quality, commitment and kindness throughout that time. 

I am not wanting a collection for personal gifts, because the enormous goodwill people have shown towards me since I announced my retirement is thanks enough. I did think, however, that we had just one opportunity to all contribute, however small a sum, to a collection for Médecins Sans Frontières for the work it does for children in war zones. The children in our midst we should be able to help between us, but these children are beyond our reach and it would be good if we could have one last collective act to extend our thoughts and help towards them.
